Short version: we use your details to quote and do your job. We don’t sell them, and we don’t add you to lists.

What we collect
When you call, text, email or use the quote form on this site, we receive what you give us: your name, phone number, email address if you include one, the neighborhood or address of the job, and any details about the rooms, fabrics or problems you describe. If you send photos for a quote, we receive those photos.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit) for security and performance. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
To give you a quote, schedule and carry out the work, invoice you, follow up on the job, honor the re-clean guarantee, and answer questions afterwards. If you’ve had work done, we may contact you once to ask for a review; you can tell us not to.
Who sees it
Our own crew, and the services that run the business: our website host, email provider and invoicing software. We do not sell, rent or trade customer information to anyone. We share it with third parties only when legally required, or if you ask us to (for example, sending an invoice to your property manager).
How long we keep it
Job records and invoices are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Quote requests that don’t become jobs are deleted after 12 months. Photos you send are deleted once the job is quoted and completed unless you ask us to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@carpetcleaningintampa.com or calling (656) 253-8300. We’ll confirm within a few working days.
Children
This site is for adults arranging cleaning services. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it. Substantive changes will be noted here.
